Corey's Casserole




3 cups cooked macaroni
3 Tbs oil
Salt/pepper to taste
3 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
2 cups milk
1-1/2 tsp onion salt
3 cups cheese (Use what you have on hand - I like cheddar, colby, montery jack)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup of veggies, your choice
1 lb chicken chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces

  • Combine the milk & flour in a jar, shake. 
  • In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stir in milk/flour mixture.
  • Pour into a casserole dish.
  • Top with topping (recipe below)
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.



Topping
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/8 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • Combine above ingredients.
