1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbs salt
1 egg
1 cup squash, shopped fine
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Combine all the above ingredients, except vegetable oil
Put the vegetable oil in a skillet, heat pan over low heat
Form the mixture into patties and place in skillet
Allow to slow cook so that the squash will cook.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Serves 2
