Breakfast Eggnog

1 egg
1 tbs of sugar or honey
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup milk

  1. Separate the egg and beat the white until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Beat the egg yolk, add sugar or honey.
  3. Whisk in milk and vanilla. Add egg whites. Mix well.
  4. Serve in tall glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Serve immediately.
