The Vegetable Peeler: What Else Can It do?

This little ole goodie can do more than just skin a tater!

This swivel-bladed tool is handier than a knife and because the edges face inward, it's safer than a knife.

So what can you do with it you ask?

Use this handy little tool to thinly slice veggies as in the above cucumber salad. Take note how thinly sliced the radishes and cukes are. This can also be used on other veggies like carrots and zucchini.

Thinly slice cheeses like cheddar or gouda for grilled cheese sanwiches and panini, or make little wisp using Parmesan or romano cheese for your Ceasar salads.

Create elegant chocolate curls or shavings.

You can also make coconut shavings too.
