Mocha Brownie Bars

Mocha Brownie Bars
½ cup butter
14 oz can Eagle ® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
¼ cup coffee-flavored liqueur or 2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbs warm water
2 eggs
1 cup biscuit baking mix
½ cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Mocha Frosting
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 tablespoon warm water
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur or 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon warm water
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

  2. Preheat oven to 350◦
  3. In a mixing bowl , combine everything except for the nuts. Mix well
  4. Fold in nuts.
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Frost cake
  8. Frosting
  9. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa, water and liqueur. Remove from heat.
  10. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until of spreading consistency. Add additional warm water if needed
