Prep: Allow Avocados to ripen at room temperature
Refrigerate: Cut avocados should be halved with the pit left in when placed in the refrigerator.
Rub: Rub the exposed areas of the avocado with lemon to prevent browning.
Wrap: Wrap tightly in clear plastic wrap, pressing the wrap into the flesh of the avocados.
