Angel Lush Cake
Ingredients
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
½ cup xxx sugar
1 angel food cake
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks have formed. add the xxx sugar. set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the pudding mix and pineapple.
- Add the fruit and pudding to the whipped cream. Stir.
- Cut the angel food cake into 3 equal layers.
- Place the bottom layer of cake on a plate.
- Spread 1-1/2 cups of the pudding mixture on the cake.
- Cover with the middle layer.
- Put another 1-1/2 cups of the pudding on this layer.
- Place the top layer on top of this.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top of this.
