White Chocolate Almond Cookies






Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup almonds, slivered
  • 8 oz bar of white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1-1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
Cooking Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 ◦
  2. Combine the flour, salt and baking soda, stir and set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the almond extract and eggs.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture. Beat well.
  6. Fold in the almonds and white chocolate.
  7. Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
