1 whole wheat torilla (regular can be used also)
3 pkts steavia
1 teaspoon cinnamon
cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350 ◦
- Cut the tortilla in 8 pieces.
- Combine the steavia and cinnamon. Mix
- Spray a baking sheet with Pam
- Lay the tortillas on sheet. Spray those with Pa
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
*Calories 92 Fat 2.1g, Carb 15.6g, Fiber 9.1g
I'm not to keen on using artificial sprays, I haven't tried this recipe yet, I may just see if perhaps one of those oil misters would work. I know it may add a bit more calories, but I feel it may be a healthier option.
