Rockey Ledge Bars



2-1/2 cups flour
2-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspooon vanilla

1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup toffee (Health bars, crushed)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel based candybars, cut into pieces (perhaps Rolos or Carmelos)
1/2 cup miniture marshmalows.


  • Preheat oven to 350 ◦  
  • Butter, lour & line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir & set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, sugar eggs and vaniila. Mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture. Mix well
  • Pour this into the baking pan.
  • Sprinkle on top white & chocolate chips, toffee, caramel candy and top with the mini marshmellows.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
