Pumpkin Pancakes #2




1-3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 eggs, large
1-1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon allspice
15 oz pumpkin

Combine the above ingredients.

Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to make 4" pancakes.

If the batter is thick add a tablespoon of water as needed until desired consistency.
