You'll love this moist, decadent cake. made with Coco Lopez, sweetened condensed milk, and topped with slightly sweetened real whipping cream and flaked coconut
Ingredients
- White cake mix
- 1 bag of flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can CoCo Lopez
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- Heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup xxx sugar
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the xxx sugar. Mix well. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, 1 cup of flaked coconut, and vanilla. Bake the cake as directed on the package.
- Combine the Co co Lopez and sweetened condensed milk.
- Using a fork, poke holes in the cake and pour the Coco Lopez mixture over it.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Top with the whipped cream
- Sprinkle the remaining coconut over the cake.
