Peppermint Bark




4 -inch" candy canes, chopped
4 oz white chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
16 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

  1. Line a jelly pan (15 x 10) with parchment paper, make sure you leave a slight overhang, about 2-inches on 2 sides.
  2. In a microwavable bowl, melt the bittersweet chocolate on high in 30 second increments and stir after each interval. do this until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Spread this in the prepared pan.
  3. Repeat Step 2 with the white chocolate.
  4. Drop small teaspoonfuls onto the bittersweet chocolate, using a skewer, swirl the white chocolate through the dark.
  5. Allow it to set for about 5 minute and then sprinkle with the chopped candy cane pieces.
  6. To serve break into pieces.
