You'll love these chocolate cookies topped with marshmallow. Pair these up with a tall glass of milk!
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup milk-chocolate chips
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a small microwavable bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30 second increments. Stir until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla and melted chocolate.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to chocolate batter.
- Fold in the pecans and milk-chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoons on baking sheet.
- Press 3 marshmallows into each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
