English Chocolate Crisp


3-1/2 cup cornflakes
8 oz bag of milk chocolate chips
6 oz bitter-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup toffee bits, dried cranberries, or dried cherries

  1. Line 2 cookie cheets with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. In a large microwavable bowl, or a double bowler melt the choclate
  3. Add cornflakes.
  4. Stir in your preference of fruit or toffee bits

* I got this recipes off the TV show Ellen. She had the Barefoot contesa on her show, and this was a recipe she made.
