2 beaten eggs
1 box Shake N Bake
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1- 1 lb Zucchini
- Preheat oven to 450 ◦
- Cut the ends off the zucchini
- Cut in half
- Cut each half in half. (you now have 4 pieces)
- Cut each quarter into 4 equal pieces. (A total of 12 pieces)
- Combine the shake & Bake, parley & cheese, mix well
- Dip zucchini in the egg and then in dry mixture
- spead in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Dip in your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, ketsup, etc...)
