Chocolate Chip Cheesecake



Three 8oz pkg of softened cream cheese
14 oz can of sweentened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flour
Chocolate crumb crust


  • Preheat oven to 300 ◦  
  • In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and flour. Mix until chips are covered with the flour. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs & vanilla.
  • Fold in the chocolate chip/flour mixture.
  • Pour into pie pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chips evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the center is set.
  • Cool, keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
