Baked Potato Casserole







6 large potatoes, (with or without skins) baked and cubed.
1 cup sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup. 
1/2 cup half & half
8 oz of cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter

  •  Preheat oven to 350 ◦  
  • Place the cubed already baked potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Mix together the sour cream, soup, half & half and cheese.
  • Pour over the potatoes.
  • When ready to bake drizzle the melted butter over the potatoes.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.


* If you will be refrigerating this and baking later, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
