Bacon & Cheese Dip




    2 pkg (8 oz each) fat free cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
    4 cup (16 oz) shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
    1 cup evaporated skimmed milk
    2 tablespoons mustard
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1 lb turkey bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled


  1. Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, mustard, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt, & pepper sauce into a crockpot. Cover.
  2.  Stir occasionally, cook on low for 1 hour or until cheese melts.
  3. Stir in bacon.
  4. Serve with fruit, cheese, chips, pretzels, or crackers.

    A serving is 2 tablespoons
