Sloppy Jo






2 lb of ground beef
1 small sweet onion, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
15-16 oz of tomato sauce
1/8 cup catsup
1/8 cup chili sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon A-1 steak sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1 tablespoon yellow prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • In a medium saucepan, add ground beef, onion, garlic, celery, and green pepper. Cook beef until no longer pink and until vegetables are tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Let simmer on low for 45 minutes.
