Silky Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  • 15 oz can of pumkin puree (1-1/2 cups)
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup ofsugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tables spoons, melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teasponnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspooon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 9" piecrust
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 ◦
  2. In a bowl, combine & stir, flour, spices. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, and butter. Mix well.
  4. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour filling into pie crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the filling has set. * Tip* Check the pie 10-15 minutes prior to the end of the baking time, you may have to cover the edges with foil so they don't burn.
  7. Cool for about an hour on a wire rack.
  8. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
