Ruth's Savory & Moist Stuffing



2 14 oz bags of Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned classic stuffing
Dash of black pepper
2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 med onion finely chopped
3 tablespoons of sage, this is an approximate measurement (she doesn't measure)
For the broth she boils the turkey neck, giblet, and heart.


My sister-in-law Ruth, gets credit for this recipe, she makes the best stuffing!

*She said she adds enough celery so that the stuffing is colorful
*For the broth she adds just enough so that it sticks together.
* Ruth is currently standing over the stuffing doing a live demonstration of the enticing aroma!
 She says she adds enough sage until she can smell it.
