Patty Pan Cakes



Oil for frying

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded patty pan squash
1/2 cup choppped sweet onion
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Combine the above ingredients; mix well

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, butter batter into hot oil. 

Fry until a golden brown.
