Parmesan Crusted Salmon

2 teaspoons seasoned salt
4 T flour
1-1/2 pound fresh salon (with skin removed)   *Only use frozen if it is already un-thawed.
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 350°     
  •  Combine seasoned salt and flour. (I put this is a zip-lock bag)
  • Cut salmon in 4 portions; and place in Ziploc-bag.
  • Shake to coat.
  • Place salmon in a baking sheet.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each fillet.
  • Sprinkle each fillet with 1/4 cup of cheese; pressing cheese onto fillet until it sticks.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until it flakes easily.
* I”m not a big fan of fish; but I do like this recipe.
