1-1/2 lbs of fresh green beans
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. sesame oil
1 t. sugar
1 T vegetable oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
- Cook beans for 4-5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and set aide.
- While beans are cooking, combine soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a separate bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Saute garlic in a skillet for about a minute in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add green beans to the garlic.
- Add soy sauce mixture and stir until coated. Stir until liquid is almost absorbed.
Serves 6
