Mexican Bean Dip


Enjoy this spiced up & waist friendly tortilla chip dips that will add a Mexican flair for your get-together.

8 oz block of reduced fat cream cheese
1 C. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers.
1/2 C. finely chopped onions.
15 oz can of vegetarian chili with beans
4.5 oz can of chopped green chilies


  • Preheat oven to 350◦  
  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a 9" pie pan or dish
  • Combine 1/2 cup of the cheese, onion, chili abd green chiles in a small bowl. Mix well and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

*Make aprox 4 cups - serving size is 2 tablespoons at 46 calorse is per serving
