
Ingredients
- 4 Cups flaked coconut
- 4 Cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cups mashed potato (without milk & butter)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 16 Oz. almond bark
Directions
Step 1 | |
Combine: Sugar, coconut, potatoes, vanilla and salt. Mix well. | |
Step 2 | |
Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Grease foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 2″ x 1″ rectangles. Cover and freeze until firm. | |
Step 3 | |
In a microwave or a double-boiler, melt almond bark. Dip bars in almond bark. Place on wax paper to harden. |
