HOMEMADE TRAIL MIX



Get off on the right foot with this tasty trail mix. It’s a delicious treat when you’re on the go!
It’s a sweet and savory mix that is a crunchy source of fiber. It’s a treat that you can feel good about eating.
In a bowl, toss together the following ingredients:
1-1/4 cups whole almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dark raisins
3/4 cup dried pineapple, cut into chunks
1 cup chocolate chips (optional – not a good idea in hot weather)
