Herbed Olive Oil





1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh herbs, finely chopped (basil, parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme)
1-2 teaspoons finely minced garlic

Mix together the above ingredients. Let sit at least 30 minutes. Best if used within 2 hours.

When ready to serve add:
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiana cheese

Serve with toasted pieces of baguettes.
