Green Chile Chicken Pasta


  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Layer in a greased 9×13 pan the following ingredients in the order given :
16 oz cooked Rigatoni pasta
16 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
1 lb cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
Another 16 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
4 oz can of chopped green Chile peppers
8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese *
I got this recipe from television years ago, I don’t recall which show.   I don’t recall which one.
