Cream Cheese Pound Cake


Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cup softened butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 6 eggs, (add one at a time, beating after each one)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Combine above ingredients.
  3. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan and bake for 90 minutes.
  4. To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
  5. Or if you prefer you can make a vanilla glaze:
  6. cup of powdered sugar
  7. teaspoon vanilla
  8. milk
  9. Combine sugar, vanilla, & milk. Add enough milk until you get desired consistency.
  10. Pour over cake after it has cooled slightly.
