1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup whey protein (vanilla or unflavored)
1/2 cups slow-cook oats
3/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cocoanut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 oz dark chocolate
- In a microwavable bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 1 minutes until the mixture can be stirred easily.
- In a separate bowl, blend together the protein powder, oats, almond meal, and cocoa powder.
- Add the protein mix to the peanut butter and honey. Mix well. * The batter will be very thick.
- Press in a 9 x 16" baking pan
- Place into the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate.
- Pour the chocolate over the batter. Return to freezer.
- Cut into 24 servings when the chocolate has hardened.
* Serve at room temperature.
