Cheesy Egg Casserole

7 slices of white bread, crust removed and cut into cubes.
8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Mix bread cubes & cheese; spread in the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan.
  • In a separate bowl add eggs and milk, beat well.
  • Stir in salt, pepper & dry mustard.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread & cheese.
  • Top with crumbled bacon.
  • Cover and stick in refrigerator overnight.
The next morning!
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Bake, uncovered for 50-55 minutes.
