Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

1 blueberry muffin mix
8 oz package of cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Prepare the muffin mix according to package directions. Set aside.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat for  minute with an electric mixer.
  • Divide half of the muffin mix batter in a 12 count paper lined muffin pan.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture equally among the batter in the muffin pan. Top with the remaining batter.
  • Bake muffins for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
