1-1/2 pounds round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
8 oz fresh mushrooms
4 celery stalks, finely diced
2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water.
1 medium onions, finely chopped
1 cup of hot water with 3 bouillon cubes. (chicken flavored for chicken and beef flavored for beef)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 - 16 oz cans of Chinese vegetables. (Added one hour before serving)
Cook 8-10 hours on low.
Serve over cooked rice
