1 teaspoon butter (to grease pan)
2 cups flour
1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1/2 cup water
1 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 325◦
- Combine above ingredients.
- Bake for approx 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
