Almost Shake N Bake

Combine & place in a Ziplock baggie or airtight container:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup of bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* To use, coat meat first in some beaten egg and water mixture and then dip in this Shake N’ Bake mixture.
Bake meat according to required time for type of meat you are using.
