Dinner In 15 MInutes

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 can of cream of chicken soup with herbs1-1/2 cup water1/4 teaspoon pepper1-1/2 cup uncooked instant rice2 cups of thawed frozen vegetables

  • Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken. Set aside.
  • In Skillet over med-high heat, heat oil
  • Add chicken to skillet and cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
  • Set aside.
  • To skillet add soup, water and pepper. Heat to boil.
  • Stir in rice & vegetables.
  • Place chicken on top of rice.
  • Cover & cook on low hear for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
