A Gift For George Washington

My Grandson, Ethan, learned to finger crochet in Sunday school, so he decided to make a scarf for the below horse, named George Washington.
This horse was made by my late father-in-law out of various tin cans. In the summer he usually has flowers planted in him. My grandchildren were the ones who named the horse.

This is the letter Ethan sent to us along with the scarf he made.

It may be a little difficult to spot at first because the scarf is also Black. But I must say that Ethan did a mighty fine job!
