Chicken Stroganoff

1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 16 oz container of sour cream
8 or 16 oz for fresh mushrooms sliced

Cooked rice or noodles

  • Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
  • Mix together the soup, dry soup mix, & sour cream. Pour over chicken.
  • Place the mushrooms on top of soup mixture.
  • Put crockpot of low for 4-5 hours.
  • Stir in mushrooms before serving.
  • Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles.
