Chicken Roll-Ups



1 lbs of cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup of milk
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes or shredded.
2 cans of crescent rolls

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a saucepan add the milk, soup &  1/2 cup cheese.
  • Heat until the cheese is melted.
  • Pour half of this into a 9x13 pan.
  • Mix together 1/2 cup of cheese  and the chicken.
  • Place the chicken mixture in the crescent roll and roll it up.
  • Place the crescent rolls in the pan.
  • Top with remaining soup mixture.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over this.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
