Chicken Chow Mein

1 lb of chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 finely chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2-16oz cans of Chinese vegetables

  • Place all ingredients except for Chinese vegetables.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours. (Add Chinese Veg. after it has been cooking for 4 hours)
  • Serve over rice.
