Broiled Lemon-Pepper Salmon Patties


1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
3 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
2 cans pink salmon, drained & flaked (Skin & bones removed)

  • Combine bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg and lemon-pepper seasonings.
  • Add salmon.
  • On a wax-paper lined cookie sheet divide salmon into 6 equal portions.
  • Freeze for 10 minutes or until firm enough to shape into patties.
  • Set oven to broil.
  • Grease broiling pan.
  • Broil for 6 minutes. Flip patties and broil another 2 minutes.
