Pineapple-Coconut Pie



1 unbaked pie shell
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, rained
1/2 cup coconut, packed


  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Bake pie shell for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Reduce oven heat to 350°.
  • Combine all the above ingredients and pour into pre-baked pie shell.
  • Bake pie for 35 minutes.
I got this recipe from my daughter, it's one of her family's favorites.
