Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies 2



1/2 cup veg shortening.
1/2 cup real butter
1 cu granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1-18 oz jar of creamy peanut butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 oz package of chocolate chips
  • Combine above ingredients.
  • Roll into small balls.
  • Use a fork and make a criss-cross pattern. (I keep a small glass of water handy to prevent sticking)
  • Bake at 350° on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
