Macaroons


14-oz flaked coconut
1-14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine above ingredients and drop by tablespoons on to a well-greased cookie sheet.
  • Press down ends of coconut with back of spoon. (to prevent burning)
  • Bake 10-12 minutes.
  • Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
  • Cool on wire rack.
