White Hot Chocolate



1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 cup of heavy cream
1 quart (4 cups) half & half
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whip cream for garnish
Fresh mint for garnish

  • In a saucepan heat the white chocolate chips and heavy cream until the chocolate is melted.
  • Add the half & half.
  • Add the vanilla
  • Heat to desired temperature.
  • When ready to serve, pour into mugs and top it with a dollop of whip cream and a sprig of fresh mint.
  • Extra pretty when sprinkled with grated chocolate or shavings of chocolate.
