Unleavened Bread (for Passover Services)





1 cup of sifted whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon oil

  • Sift flour a 2nd time along with the salt.
  • Using a pastry blender add the butter.
  • Mix together the water and oil. Add to flour.
  • Using you hands mix will.
  • Divide dough into thirds and roll very thin. May be cut into shapes if desired.
  • Bake 8-12 minutes at 400° on an ungreased pan .
