Sausage & Cheese Wraps




Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 lb Sausage patties (already cooked), cut into1/4-inch slices
3/4 cup of cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Using you hand, press down on biscuit and flatten it into a 5-inch round.
  • Place sausage and cheese in the middle of biscuit.
  • Fold in half over the filling.
  • Using a fork, press the edges to seal.
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes. (Until golden brown in color)
Makes 8-10 depending how many biscuits are in a pack.

This can be altered by changing the type of cheese you use or maybe try this with turkey ham, turkey bacon etc....
