Quick & Easy Layered Dessert

2 cups of cold milk
1 pkg  chocolate instant pudding
1 small prepared pound cake, cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 small container of heavy whipping cream whipped. After whipped, add to that 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sugar
Garnish of your choice (nuts, shaved chocolate, broken pieces of candy such as peanut butter cups etc.)

  • Pour milk into bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 3 minutes or until well blended.
  • Place 1/2 of the cake cubes in a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup.
  • Add half the pudding
  • Add 1/2 the whipped cream
  • Repeat layers in order given (cake, syrup,pudding, whipped cream)
  • Garnish
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
